How to use:
1: Secure – Securely hold down the tab, and peel off the top foil to reveal the reservoir
2: Remove – Carefully remove the tab from the clear plastic liner
3: Affix – Simply affix the adhesive side to the skin or clothing near your nose
4: Breathe – Finally, breathe in the aromatherpy and enjoy! Leave tab affixed for at least 20 minutes and up to 8 hours
